You could ask the customer about his ability to walk or a blue badge holder as my car was parked up about as far away as one could get , but it was safe and transfer was good

Easy to find. Lots of empty car parking spaces. Quick booking in at reception. Bus ready to take you to terminal, a 5 minute transfer. On return the bus is waiting outside terminal, very quick collection of key. In car and start travelling within 15 minutes of coming through Customs. Would definitely use again

Would have given a ten but parked quite near the reception office on arrival but were parked further away on return and a longer walk at 12.30am not appreciated.

It is a real pain queuing to hand your keys in and then to collect, especially at 11.30 pm when you have a 2 hour journey ahead. If it is wet there is not enough room for people outside waiting with luggage. Staff were helpful when the battery was flat, but that in its self was a first for our car.

The collection was chaotic because so many people arrived back at the same time, maybe allow for this. There were more people queuing than the transfer bus had room for.

Everything was just perfect from check in at reception to transfer to airport and vice versa. On our return the car wouldn't start but within 15mins we were on our way home with the help of staff. Excellent service is all I can say! I will definitely book with Holdiay Extras when travelling from Bristol again.

Excellent service. Quick and efficient. Even bought our vehicle close to the reception on our return, great idea as it was chilly at that time in the morning. Staff happy and helpful. A very reasonable price. Full marks. We would definitely recommend.

Yes, although it was quite crowded, we were processed very quickly and the bus ride was short and comfortable. Collection was just as easy and would use silver zone agein most definitely.
