Everything went smoothly, just not keen on anyone driving my car to another part of the car park. Done really understand this - could just have easily put the car in another bay in the first place.

All went well until we were leaving and the exit barrier broke down. Seemed to take an age for staff to get there and manually lift it. Still this was unfortunate as it probably was something that only happens occasionally. Speedy staff on the key collection desk though.

Just one little gripe this time. At some stage the car was parked next to a puddle. It went in clean, and came out mud spattered on one side. That said, we have now used Silver Zone several times and the service and access is really quick

Our vehicle is always moved. I would ask why. We picked up the vehicle and it was parked so close to the nose of the vehicle in front that the number plates were actually touching. We were not happy with this. We would welcome your response to this. regards A Silverlock

Only minor item was that I booked a taxi transfer for 1-3 persons. At Funchal airport there was 4 people besides us for transfer. As we were going to the same hotel there wasn't much of a problem except it was a minibus and not a car.

There were a few buses to take the many waiting passengers back to the parking area. We had the car cleaned ready for pick up and it was parked next to the key collection office so no issues at all.

the staff were very helpful especially a gentleman called peter as my husband booked in car and relised he forgot is flight bag in car he help us by going and getting our key for car and then taking the key back for us so we wouldn't miss our flight which we really appreciated

Although my wife is disabled and has a blue badge we purposly did not park our car in the disabled bay as previous parking there had caused our car to be moved , so this time we parked in an normal bay within a short walking distance to the bus , upon our return our car had still been moved so my wife had quite a long walk ,

Everything went well. friendly and helpfull staff. Only criticism is that staff who moved car adjusted both wing mirrors and centre mirror. very annoying when you arrive at 12.30 am and have to try to adjust to drive home. Don't see why staff need to adjust mirrors to move around car park.
