The staff were very pleasant as always. I parked my car and handed in the keys, was on the bus in minutes and the same on the way back. All very efficient and as I'm a nervous flyer I need things to go smoothly which is why I always book in Silver Zone.

why do you need to move the car to a different location.I left the car say in v23 and being a bit deaf I thought they said v23 not d23.Also the lighting was not great.The transfer was good
