Yes I used silver zone many times.the buses are regular,and the car park easy to use.

It was the first time I had used Silver Zone parking and the experience was very good. The receptionist, on arrival, was very friendly and efficient. The lady driver on the shuttle service was extremely helpful; carrying my bag onto the bus and telling me where to go to check in at the airport; also where to catch the bus on my return journey. I am planning another trip to Cyprus and would use Silver Zone again.

Simple to drop off car. Friendly greating. Able to phone and extend stay without any hassle. Cost effective compared to the bus (a little less would always be nicer). Easy to get to airport. Thumbs up.

Staff very friendly, helpful. I travelled early morning and late evening, dark, so finding a place to park car and on return out of car park was not very well lit up/sign posted Would use again though, very convenient

We found silver zone parking. All round great experience staff wwere polite , and efficient. Bus was clean and tidy only a short wait to arrive. Staff was very quick in booking you in and also on your return very quick in sorting out your keys etc

Staff friendly and helpful. One suggestion to improve journey. By only opening the central doors of the bus, customers tend to get on and stay in the centre neither moving up or down the bus preventing other customers from boarding. We moved off with a bus that was only 70% full at best leaving other customers to stand in the rain waiting for the next bus. Driver did nothing to fill the bus up.

Raining when we arrived back at Bristol airport but the car was moved while away and parked nearer reception which was really convenient. Only down side was the wait for the bus to pick us up and when it did arrive they had to radio for an other one as there was so many people.
