Very pleased that silver zone anticipated that there would be a long queue when our flight arrived and within a few minutes 3 buses arrived pretty well together to transport everyone to the carpark without delay.

I have used holidayextras before and the experience was very good, however, I wanted to make sure this wasn't just a 'one off'. Sure enough, the experience was very good but the added incentive was the 10% discount I received on top, as a previous customer. The booking process was easy and everything was completed in double quick time, even for a real 'technophobe' like myself. On the day, I just turned up, was let straight in and parked without any fuss. I dropped the keys at reception and two minutes later I was on the free bus to the airport terminal. On return from holiday, I got straight onto the bus and was taken back to the car park. Having collected my keys at reception, I went back to my car and was on my way back home. Overall, I would rate the service very highly and will be booking with Holidayextras again in the next two months.

Very disappointed that the empty bus which came to collect us was told to transport 4 persons to the long stay car park first. This caused us a long wait which is not usual for silver zone. This annoyed us all who were waiting!

Toilets at Silverzone leave much to be desired. More lighting in the car parks required. Had to wait 20 mins in rain/cold for pick up outside airport to collect car.
