The service was efficient, however the parking area surface could do with some TLC. The surface was rather wet with significant puddling both when we arrived and return, in fact on our return I had difficulty in entering the car due to the depth of a puddle at the drivers door.

The Staff at Bristol on checking in were terrible they tried to cancel my booking because they tried to charge me more for having a large vehicle. I had booked in a fiat ducato lwb and they were giving me the impression i was dolng something wrong. I stood my ground and they backed down in the end.Not a pleasant experience and the female on reception not pleasant.

My dissatisfaction is with Silver Zone - not with Holiday Extras. Why do cars have to be moved from where they were originally parked? It always happens there. And it means that when returning to my vehicle after the holiday, the first thing I always need to do is adjust the seat and the mirrors back to my normal position. It is an extremely irritating practice, and seems utterly pointless to me.
