It was very easy to park and reach the airport. The only downside was having to walk quite a long way with skis, ski boots and a hand luggage. It would have been helpful to have been spared that walk!

We found e very thing as advertised and would certainly use silver parking again.Easy to find,efficient check in staff,bus waiting to take us to the airport five minutes away.We found the same on our return.Our car was where we had originally parked it so easy to find,and good signage back to the motorway link.

Staff very helpful, easy hand over of car and extremely efficient when collecting car. Had a bit of a walk to collect the car, right to the end of a row with suitcase and golf clubs which was a bit tiresome.

A computer glitch when we left the car created delays on return collection but staff worked hard to clear problem; they wer pleasant even under exyreme pressure.

We landed last night at which seemed a quite busy time. As we left the airport exit the Silver Zone bus pulled away full. By the time that it took to Walk to the stop another one was drawing up. At the reception the people who were on the previous bus had already gone. I think that there was 3 staff dealing with the car keys in a quick efficient manner. I'm very pleased with the service.

You need to have a pick up facility at Reception. We had to walk too far on arrival and return with heavy luggage from the car to Reception. I realise that I could have collected my luggage on exit but this was by no means obvious.
