i did struggle a little to carry bags and car seat and hold on to my 2 yr old from the car to reception and back again. a trolley nearby to use would have been helpful

could not ask for better everything just as it was discribed just one thing could have been better car was left where we parked it, would have been nice to have been parked nearer to office.

All went smoothly as usual. We had a particularly helpful driver (Peter) who arranged for our car to be left in the disabled bays as we were travelling with a relative in a wheelchair. He was an excellent ambassador for the Silver Zone.

Everything went very smoothly & the staff were very helpful & amenable. The bus was waiting & there was only 4 people on it including us! On return the bus was jam-packed, but that was late on a Saturday night so to be expected. Overall a very good experience & not much to be improved - apart from maybe better weather the next time!!

we booked the parking with a full valet of the car, inside and out the parking was good the outside valet of the car was good the inside valet of the car was shocking it was if they had sprayed polish inside but then not cleaned it off properly, thus leaving a white residue on the whole exterior we have had to take it to our local car wash to get it rectified - not happy :(
