It is cheaper to book a flight from Bristol airport and use Bristol Silver zone parking, which is easy to find and efficient shuttle service than to go 15 miles to Cardiff Wales airport.

all in all very good, young lady at he desk was helpful as i didn't put the correct arrival time on my return and she corrected it, there was a young man that i talked to on the phone about it prior to my arrival who said he couldn't do any thing about it and said i would have to pay the daily difference when i returned.

Yes all was fine. Buses running regularly even at 5am! Despite a large no of passengers on our flight extra buses put on and dealt with quickly in the office. Driver very helpful and patient when passengers blocked bus entry with cases.

Staff were very helpful. I was suppressed to see my car had been moved as I did not know about this. Couldn't check for damage as it was dark but everything was fine. Over all a very good facility

All arrangements very smooth, staff efficient & cheerful, no waiting for bus. Last time my car was a long walk to collect (in the rain) - this time it was very close. Hope that will be the same next time !

Staff very helpful, especially a man in a car who saw us walking from a long way in the car park with our cases and said to ask for car yo be in disabled row on return. Also bus man on return immediately got out to help put cases in and also off the bus. We are elderly and need walking sticks so all very helpful. Car in row B on return, very helpful.

Everything did run well and the service was very good, both going out and returning. The staff were all pleasant & helpful. The only reason for a 9/10 and not a 10/10 is because of the distance. The long-stay is much nearer and we fly with lots of baggage for skiing.

The car park was very easy to find (although you need to alter the sat nav postcode you provide, as this does not take you to the right place - luckily, we were able to follow signs) The service was very quick during both departure and arrival. Very reasonable rates and the bus service was very prompt.
