It was all very good there was a small wait for the bus at the airport but that was due to 4 return flights coming in together which made customs struggle and baggage being delivered on a different belt to that that was displayed on the information board.

Very efficient particularly on our return late at night expecting a long walk in the old to pick up our car, and there it was a hundred yards from reception

As a first time user it was unclear where I had to go on my return to the airport. This was not explained when we arrived as they do in Cardiff and we only saw the silver zone pick up point by chance as we had actually started walking in the opposite direction.

Silver Zone was very easy to get to and dead handy for Bristol Airport. Only gripe when coming back was that the transfer bus had at least 20 airport workers on it and tempers were getting a bit hot among holiday travelers looking for space for luggage and even themselves.

Everything worked like clockwork. From being able to park close to reception on arrival, and transport waiting,( specially built buses to cater for passengers with luggage). On returning transport was waiting at the airport, and the car brought to a spot close to pick up point. Very impressed.
