When booking asked about valet service ( cleaning of the car ), told that they did not have this at Bristol airport, got to parking area and see that they do have this at Bristol, thanks

Quick and easy, a smooth check-in and delivery to the airport, and a very short wait for collection back to the car park, where our car had been moved closer so we didnt have to walk with the cases in the rain ☔ 😃

Everything was fine. One small point when I had queued at the desk to hand my car keys in I was asked the Bay number where I had parked. I had to go back out and walk to the car and check and then come back and queue again. It may be that the parking confirmation paperwork says this information is needed at the desk, but if it doesn't can it be mentioned and in a prominent place as I hadn't picked up on it and would have noted that had I been aware. Thanks.
