My only criticism is when the bus dropped us back to collect our keys the space between the bus and the entrance to collect them was very congested with people not knowing where to go (although it’s sign posted) luggage, buggy’s, it can only get better the more frequently used.

arrived safely on time at bristol airport had to wait for the transport to silver zone then confronted with a very slow large que at the key desk eventualy gone to our car only to find that the front passenger car window had been left open by one of your car park drivers where the passenger seat and partial interior soaking wet ,then had to spend more time locating an Holiday extra manager to complain and fill in a complaint form , it has been an experience we hope to not have again

Easy checking in for departure with helpful staff Arrived back late - only one staff member returning keys - long queues - I paid a late arrival fee - this was not checked for anyone - keys just returned - this is just a waste of money if late arrivals not enforced and I will not be paying this fee again

The whole experience was superb from checking in early in the morning to collection one week later. I unfortunately left my mobile phone in my car when checking in but I was able to take a bus back and retrieve it. Everyone were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The parking experience was good with good signage to find spaces. Check in is now done on a screen with a drop box for the car key. Staff were on hand to help with any problems.

Silver zone was appalling . Van moved / my crook lock was not replaced . Ieft on seat. Vw van at first of stealing . As the van would go through the barrier as no ticket needed. Only the plate recognized would allow vehicle out . Van contents in back of van were all over the floor and only 1 person for 3 coaches of people to collect keys . Never again am I using this service with Bristol

Signs not clear enough for first time visitors. Nearly went into long term parking (£50 for day) before eventually finding the Silver Zone.

Entering car park and parking no real issues, handing in keys ok. The available of the transfer to airport was slow, considering they must know how many customers are turning up. The return was better two bus available, then get your keys back could be better manage, few staff running back and fore seems a long winded way of service.

The silver zone parking at Bristol airport only scored 5 as there was a staff shortage problem. I was asked to park my car some distance from the bus pick up point and keep the car key with me as they didn’t have enough driver’s to park the cars. Thank goodness the weather was dry and my flight was in daylight. Also wouldn’t have been ideal for elderly or disabled to drag their suitcases that distance.

Very under staffed, big queues up dropping vehicle off and picking it up, over half an hour both ways, and that's not including a 20 minute wait for the bus upon return.

When we returned to collect the car after our holiday the car was 15 minute walk from the reception. We are not disabled but we are senior citizens and they did not care that it was so far away

DUE TONTHE SHEER VOLUME OF PEOPLE THE CHECK IN AT THE CAR PARK TOOK OVER AN HOUR ! THIS CONTINUED TO THE AIRPORT RESULTING IN MISSING OUR FLIGHT. THE AIRLINE REBOOKED US SOME NEW FLIGHTS AS DID THE HOTEL BUT NOT THE CAR PARK, THEY KNEW WE HAD TO REMOVE OUR CAR AS HOLIDAY CANCELLED BUT DIDNT OFFER TO MOVE THE CAR PARKING . HAVE USED HOLIDAY EXTRAS REGULARLY AND ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE COMPETITIVE BUT WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN AS THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Silver Parking at Bristol were appalling. They had "lost" the location of several vehicles on our arrival home , one of which was mine. We located the vehicle ourselves - by chance , yards and three car parks from the place advised. Others were not so lucky. An aweful experience.

No problem checking in the car, sadly a different tail when we were trying to retrieve our car. Our flight from Faro was a little late and we had to stay on the run way for almost an hour. When we got to Silver Zone parking and handed over our slip, the girl told us our car had not arrived. She told us wait for a few minutes and the car would turn up. We waited at 2 o'clock in the morning for an hour!!! The staff said they couldn't get in touch with the drivers. The duty manager was trying to drive cars back to the car park. Other families were waiting with children and buggies. Most of the people on the same flight as us got their cars quite quickly. So there was not a reason why we had to wait. Eventually a young boy went on the phone to track our car. He told us he would not be staying in the job for long. Some people were very irate. If you knew you did not have the staff or you could not cope then why continue to book in cars. This has left us very disappointed in your service and even though we have used you a many time we wont be booking with you again. I look forward to hearing from someone to explain what has gone so badly wrong.

Was initially concerned about the 'self drop' key procedure, but turned out to be simple and straightforward. On return, staff were excellent and speedy, ensuring we were on the road within 15 minutes. Faultless. The driver of the return shuttle was overly informative, repeating unnecessarily the same information, even though passengers were compliant.

Worked extremely well. One point would like to see improved is the writing of the parking bay number on the return slip, was told ( and written ) as CJ but was actually CE Which caused some Corcoran as that bay was empty !! Luckily we found our car fairly quickly, just glad it was not pouring with rain!!
