We arrived back on Sunday morning after midnight by the time we got the bus back to pick up our car keys it was1am. We then needed to fund our car in the staff car park a good 5 mins away. The south bound exit was the diverted with a really bad sign posted.

On Returning to silver zone parking Bristol they reqired a green paper to find your car keys I explained to them that I did not receive green paper from them after a lot of fuss looking for them I received the keys and could you tell me were my car has been moved to for me to pick up it took me a long time to find my car as it was 3am in the morning I left my wife at the entrance as she could not walk far as it was a one way system I did manage to find a assistant to help me with my wife to the car not very good service from there

The automated key drop system at Bristol airport is totally inadequate for the number of travellers using it. It should not take over an hour to drop your key after parking

It could not have gone any easy we parked early and got help handing the keys in, bus was all ready there so a quick trip to the airport. The staff from booking in to picking up the car was excellent.

Easy drop off of keys on automated system. Pick up- there was a queue and it was a little slow but not too bad. Knowledge of secure site and ease of access to site and then speed and ease of getting to airport is great. Great service as usual.

Having booked in advance checking in our car was fast, efficient and simple. There was help available regarding electronic check in. However, returning and collecting our car key was very slow and laborious. Everything was done manually, with staff having t locate car keys from numbered tickets. when we arrived; when we returned!

It was the worst car park experience I’ve ever had!!! The process was totally different to as described in the booking and or confirmation email. The car park was understaffed with extremely tired people operating a totally antiquated system. The process was so slow it caused unnecessary ques and delays of almost 11/2 hours. Extremely Disappointing poor service!!!

I thought I booked parking that I could keep my keys. You had to hand them in and then when we got back the queue to get the keys back was so long not what you expect early hours of the morning when you just want to get home! They even move your car Whitch I wasn’t aware of not that it would even need to be moved so don’t understand why they do!

Facilities were good. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a bus, which was then full, leaving a large queue. For key collection there were only 2 staff members, boxes had multiple keys in so it took a while for them to locate the right key. Need more staff available for incoming flights

Arriving in the dark it was a little difficult to find where the empty spaces were but eventually found one. I would have been happier if I had known about the auto check in with the keys. On the return I was lucky to be third in the queue to collect my key otherwise I think there would have been a long wait with only one person on duty.

Arrival was ok , parked in disabled space showing our blue badge when we returned we had been moved to a bay at the far end of the car park not a disabled bay . Very distressing for us with 2 suitcases

Silver Zone - Bristol Airport parking. My parking experience did not go smoothly. The day before my trip, due to a flight change made by the airline, I had to change my car park collection date by 24 hours. I was unable to do this online despite your website telling me I could. I had to make the changes via your on-line online chat & then was charged £14.50 for the amendment which was not of my doing. On arrival to park my car I was directed to the overspill area & informed to remember the bay number, keep my car key & get onto the shuttle bus without visiting the car park reception. My return 48 hours later was uneventful apart from a walk of 50-600 metres to collect my vehicle. The frustration is that no-one explained what was the cause of the problem. The whole parking experience was a disaster, from the endless queues to leave the key, being kept 'locked in the arrivals hall' and then crammed onto a bus in a ridiculous fashion to the reverse when we arrived home. Again absolutely crammed onto a bus and then having to search drawers for the car keys which was taking the only 2 members of staff an endless time. I won't be using the Silver car park again and nor I doubt will many of my fellow travellers. Comments made by one of the staff about one customer who had lost her ticket were rude and unacceptable.

We’re booked to return home on 17th May but due to family emergency had to return on Saturday 14th. Rung silver line car park from Friday evening right through to flight at 4.25p.m. On the Saturday with repeated message that message box was full and no answer from reception. I chatted online with one of your team on the Saturday morning and she said that car would be ready because it was an ANPR car park which made no sense at all as just wanted to tell them to have our car ready on the Saturday instead of the Tuesday. As we thought our car was not ready and had to wait half an hour for it to be delivered. As you can imagine we were desperate to get home as my sister was dying so we’re furious when had to wait. The staff at silver line were sympathetic and said it was a continuous problem due to lack of staff. This is not good enough and I will be asking for compensation for the stress caused and a refund for the days our car was parked. I am sorry but your staff were less than helpful on the chat and why you don’t allow people a simple phone call is awful. I will not be using your company again or silver line when traveling from Bristol again.

Was totally disorganised. Waited ages for transport back to car then only one coach sent when at least 3 was needed. Queue to pick up car keys was massive with only two people working and they where stressed and angry. Never going silver service again
