Have used Silver Zone parking numerous times (via Purple Parking!) The only catch this time was the longest queue yet experienced for reclaiming my car key. However all was forgiven when, because of my wife's blue card, we found the car parked in the nearest possible bay. PS It would be nice if there were fewer emails offering discounts from BOTH HE and PP !!

No complaints about your service - I found everything clearly explained and very user friendly. Any amendments could easily be made, so I would definitely use you again (and I am, in September). The problem is with Silverzone at Bristol Airport. They now have an automated check in service that has slowed everything down, and contributed to the long delays at the airport. They also fail to tell customers to make a note of the bay they park their car in. So many were having to go back - it was bedlam. May seem obvious, but in the small hours or for first time users it isn't.

Absolute shambles pickin my car keys up, over an hour wait in the cold, found my car and had to push past people waiting for their keys, some over 2.5 hours, dreading using bristol silver zone again in july. Not holiday extras fault but bristol airport.

It’s ok but very crowded on the inbound journey and the car seat had been adjusted so much I’m still trying to get it back to its normal position 4 days later. Use meet and greet if you can.

Total chaos when picking up the car. Keys couldn't be found, cars couldn't be found, locations of vehicles couldn't be given, queued for 60 mins before i reached the returns desk, another 30 minute wait for my car to be brought back, a very vague location given (literally follow the gold fence and your car should be right at the end and if it's not in this side of the fence,it will be behind it.). Absolutely the last thing you needed after your flight was delayed by an hour, then no marshal available to park the plane, an hour's wait for your luggage to arrive. It was a nightmare and if I could have given zero, I would have

As expected,staff to help with the check yourself in system very helpful was a bit surprised when walking from vehicle to checkin building the way in which some of the staff were driving some of the customers cars to take them to the holding parking.

Collecting the car was a nightmare, not enough staff, we had to wait outside as there was so many people waiting, after a hot holiday it wasn’t good. Only 3 staff trying to find the keys.

Drop off ran very smoothly. However on return the queues to get the keys were very large and minimal staff dealing with this, it took over 20 minutes.

On returning to the car park were met by long queues to collect car keys. After collecting keys, made our way to given car space to find not our car. Had to return back to car collection office. Car key was taken for an employee to find the car. Meanwhile relatives we travelled with had found the car. When car park employee arrived it was to find the car had a dead battery as internal lights had been left on for the duration of our holiday. We now have added expense of going to garage to have all our electrics reset. We will be billing Bristol silver zone car park for this expense and inconvience.

Upon arrival to pick up the car we were met with a long line of people and a Police officer who advised there has been problems with cars and car keys. Advised that some peoples cars were ready to take however some were not. Staff were struggling to deal with the situation and poor plan put in place to deal with situation. Gave my parking ticket to a lady who then gathered 5 more tickets taken to a back room then not told if my car was ready to go or not. One other lady who's 1st day it was was very helpful and was taking one ticket at a time and dealing with individuals very well. It was 30 minutes before I was told if my car was available to take, lady who took 5 tickets at once cause chaos and uncertainty unmongst customers. Overall very poor service.

Silver zone parking: What a complete and utter fiasco!!! We arrived at the silver parking key collection point to absolute mayhem. People, cases, pushchairs, everywhere!!!!. My initial thoughts were that the system was developed by amateurs but frankly I think they would have done a better job!. Any professional organisation that thinks the set up was ever going to work are quite obviously so shortsighted and clearly delusional. I had to queue (if you could call a srcum a queue) for 40 minutes to collect my keys while my family remained outside with no protection from the weather. Fortunately it remained dry. I am booked in again for August and can honestly say I am dreading it. I am seriously considering booking all future flights from Birmingham or East Midlands purely because of the unpractical parking. You will probably blame lack of staff, but that does not excuse the awful and inadequate lack of facilities and organisation!!?

staff were very helpful, we were checked in and on the bus within 5 minutes. Returning home , we were promptly picked up from the airport. Retrieved our keys and directed to our car. All in all a very pleasurable and trouble free experience.

On arrival back to Bristol on Friday 27th May I had to wait for more than 30 minutes due to your office couldn’t find my car keys as the car hadn’t been moved to the collection point. I do appreciate that things are made more difficult due to flights being cancelled and that the spaces for parking is made more difficult so people can’t pick up there cars on time. Anthony Monks

Going out it was ok but coming back was an utter and total shambles the queues to get our keys returned at the parking we waited over an hour with some people waiting 2 -to 3 hours because they couldn't find the cars -extremely long queues for people to drop off their cars and probably quite a few would have missed their flights. The organisation and the way things work at Bristol silver zone parking is a total shambles

The customer behind me booked in in my name as I had to abandon my check in temporarily at silver parking.Another customer posted his house keys so.... chaos ensued and the queue was out the door. On my return, my ticket had been printed in the other gentleman's name so I had to wait some time before they finally located my car key. Not an ideal start or finish to my holiday. The automated service is definitely not an improvement! Never had any problems before when it was manned by humans. Felt really sorry for the staff who were clearly struggling with the situation.

As you know the arrival time of the flight it was very poor service to wait 20min in the rain to get onto an overcrowded bus. Then at the key collect point the long queue due to only two people finding keys (one experienced the other obviously not) meant another long unnecessary wait. Living locally have used Silver Parking over many years will now be looking at alternatives the experience was that bad. Your position to the airport and the use of technology is first class, maybe due to poor training or wages the service was very poor.

I received a phone call from mydaughter on the 21/05/ 22 telling me my wife was very seriouly ill. I manage to get a flight home on the 25/05/22. I then tried to contact silver line parking, as i cannot walk very far, but was unable to do so by phone or the internet, with the result that Ihad to wait almost two hours for my car. A person manning a phone would be a good place to start as an improvement.
