Directions confusing on GPS - postcode given took us to airport terminal! so would have been worth telling us to ignore destination and go beyond airport. But Silver Zone itself was extremely easy to use and constantly arriving buses a pleasure.

The Silver Zone parking at Bristol Airport is an excellent facility which I cannot fault. Prices are competitive and the service was first class and swift. It made using the airport very easy.

Everything went without a hitch. Staff very efficient and facilities clean.I have suggested before that a coloured ticket might be easier for the traveller to find amongst so much other paperwork.

No! I left my car in perfect condition with you on March 25th. I collected the car on the evening of April 1st and drove it straight to my home in Birmingham. When I looked at my virtually brand new car on the morning of April 2nd I have big scratches on the front passenger side lower bumper. The car clearly been reparked and scraped against a wall. There were deep scratches and white wall dust on the bumper. I am disgusted that no one informed me of this. I know you will deny that one of your staff did this but I know 100% that I left my new car with you in perfect condition. I also know that you will bury this feedback and ignore me but i trusted you in good faith and I will never use your appalling shabby "service" again and will tell anyone who mentions Bristol Airport to me to avoid Silver Zone at all costs. Thank you for nothing!

Everything was well organised and the staff very efficient in taking car details and providing parking ticket. The busses were good to time and very slight wait at the Airport on the return flight. I had mislaid my parking ticket and was asked to wait until the queue had cleared, by which time I had found the ticket, so all's well that ends well

We live midway between Bristol and London and decided to try Bristol for first time as flights were cheaper and suited our itinerary. The Silver Zone car park was one of the most efficient and seamless facilities we've ever used, and most definitely a good reason to fly from here. The system is well set up and the staff are very friendly. We drove near enough to the door of the reception to drop our car, the transfer bus left within minutes and found same experience on our return. Great service!

Everything went like clockwork, handed in car keys, bus driver waited for us to get on. Dropped outside departures. On our return a bus was waiting, picked up keys and off home we went A+++++ as always.

when collecting our car we were initially given a reference for another vehicle parked in the drop off parking area! This was immediately corrected and an apology given when revisiting the office. Although an inconvenience we believe the service is efficient, competitively priced and will use again
