Having had a collision with a fallen tree on the way to the Airport, I had to drive my car with a smashed windscreen and damaged front end. On arrival, the staff on duty allowed me to leave my car near Reception so that it could be collected by a Car Recovery Company. In this moment of stress, I found the staff very helpful, sympathetic and accommodating. They facilitated the Recovery in my absence thereby releasing me to enjoy my stay abroad, so a very big thank you to them.

Twice this year I have returned late in the evening, both times it was raining and having no coat with me I got soaking wet as my car both times was at the top of the car park which is poorly lit, poorly signed and full of puddles. So the rain soaked the top half and the puddles soaked the bottom half. The actual parking service is very easy but If they can arrange for the cars to be taken to other locations why on earth can't they arrange for them to be brought back nearer the reception where it was dropped off, they have the return flight times.

Staff were great. The only issue I have is that I accidentally booked the wrong number of days and needed to pay for one more at the counter that turned out to be cheaper than the nights is booked in advance!

Very quick and efficient. Although we were delayed, due to a strike in Greece amounting to almost 12 hours, we weren't charged any extra. The checkout was also very rapid.

Booking in and out procedure was very good. However Pick up bus on return was packed. This made the journey uncomfortable with standing passengers hanging on nervously as the driving was not very smooth on pulling away and stopping with cornering on roundabouts between airport and Silver zone rather excessive for the loaded bus.

efficient service at drop-off and collection. thought there would be long wait to collect due to flight being early and long queue from bus drop-off but took no time at all = less than 5 minutes to get sorted by having plenty of staff who were helpful and organised
