Had to cancel booking as car I'd booked in was unfortunately off the road. Disappointed as I lost my money; apparently the product I'd booked was non-refundable/ non-changeable. Have used facility in the past with success. Would use again but would check details carefully.

everything went smoothly apart from the post code which took us to a service station, and caused a bit of a panic. Everything else went very smoothly from dropping off the car and picking it back up again. would reccommend

It would be far more helpful if the staff moved your car from the furthest parking space to a close one near reception. I presume that is why they want the details of your return flight.

My only complaint is they move the car to a different space on your return and we had to walk the whole distance of the car park as they parked it so far away. Other than that all was ok.

Yes except when collecting car on return the driver side carpet was very muddy indeed and wasn't like that when we parked it. Obviously driver that moved car had not taken care.

Your website would not allow me to change the return flight time. I gave my flight number and your website told me the return was at 11. As I had been caught last time forgetting the 24 hour clock, I had to pay £34 extra. I think this is s SCAM. Why could I not change my return to 23.30 instead of 11? The lady in the chat room changed it for me, it was the only way. I now know to double check.i have to book with you as you have better prices, but I am not happy.
