Make sure you tell me at drop-off that I must produce the small key card when I return. Despite having proof of my booking you would not release the car without the key card (which I found eventually).

I booked this time by phone. The person I spoke to was very helpful. I'm not sure if we had our promotional discount or not but I will be more vigilant next time. The parking was excellent and the bus service to and from the terminal was very efficient.

Staff were very helpful, but let down by cramped reception area. Access into the toilets is obstructed by the queue at one of the reception desks, which is very awkward and inconvenient when you waiting to check-in.

We had to queue quite a while on arrival to hand in car keys as only two people working on the check in desks and lots of people waiting to check in their cars.Otherwise no problems.Good transfer to and from airport.

The whole process was fine. Transport to & from Airport great.However, I don't understand why the trip odo meter on my car had been turned back to zero & why I had to retune all my radio stations. Also the time on the clock was hours out.
