When I got back from my holiday my car had been moved, as expected, but not reversed in. there were scratches and scrapes on my doors, and my radio channel had been changed. Very disappointed

We always use the Silver Zone parking at Bristol airport as it is so convenient. The transport is frequent and the staff friendly and helpful. A good start to a holiday.

Things did not go smoothly. When we arrived at 00;30 hrs we were given the wrong parking lot number. we wandered around for sometime but gave up and went back to the reception who found it. Not exactly a happy end to our holiday. All this took about an hour. We then had a 4 hour drive home.

All was perfect except the woman who I collected my key from, she was veey rude and slammed the key in my hand and not so much as a thank you. Shame because she lets your other staff down as all went so smoothly.
