I am disabled so I used my disabled badge to park in the disabled bay, on return my car was parked a long way from the key pick up point and my disabled badge had been thrown onto the floor.

Holiday Extras booked the airport parking fine, I was happy with the service. BUT, Bristol airport Silver Zone Parking left alot to be desired; it took ages to find a space (are they even counting how many tickets they are selling?!), then when we came to pick the car up it had been moved, not an issue, we had been warned this might happen, but it had been taken to a staff car park and took ages to find - in fact, luckily we bumped into a member of airport staff, and even they had to go inside and get directions from Silver Zone Staff! Bit disappointing really, last thing you want after a long trip.

The whole experience was not very good at all compared with previous visits. There were long queues on arrival. After the holiday, there were queues all the way back to the airport terminal. I was under the impression that buses were running every 15 minutes but this was clearly not the case. We waited at least 35 minutes for the bus. Added to this was the fact that it was raining very heavily with inadequate shelter. Overall I was very disappointed with the whole experience and will look for alternative parking facilities in the future.

At the drop off of our vehicle the instructions weren’t very clear which I could forgive as my fault in trying to rush, however upon our return to collect our vehicle after a lengthy delay in our flight back we were met with total disorganised chaos within the reception area, one member of staff who I can only describe as a totally disrespectful clown decided to collect a vast number of tickets from the waiting customers ( myself included) and take them to another area in order to collect their corresponding keys which he then returned with one or two keys and then lost the remaining tickets! Another member of staff then asked some of the customers to write down our names and reg. numbers and the wait continued . After approximately 40 minutes wait and a lot of other customers being served individually I found myself having to raise my concerns and I will admit that I did have to raise my voice in order to get my point over to the clown behind the desk that caused the problem, he then went away and came back with a set of keys and shouted out the name on the fob which just happened to be me, upon seeing that they were mine he wrote the location details of me vehicle on the ticket and threw the keys across the desk towards me with no explanation of where I would find my vehicle, he just turned and walked away! I then asked another member of staff as to who was the manager and was pointed towards another person who I explained what had just happened and my dissatisfaction with the member of staff who had caused the issue, she then explained to me where I could find my vehicle but at no point did anyone apologise for the length of time myself or anyone else had been waiting for due to the incompetence of the staff. I have used Holiday Extras on numerous occasions at various locations and have never come across such incompetence before, I would certainly NOT recommend using the silver car park at Bristol airport!!!

Everything was great, the staff were very polite and efficient despite the current situation with flight delays and baggage handling problems. Very happy there were no additional charges with our flight being 4 hours overdue.

They lost my key, told me my car was in where I parked it in the “staff parking” so walked round for 25mins in the pitch black trying to find it, two other customers in the reception we’re waiting for over an hour while staff were trying to find their cars, staff attitude from all of the ladies absolutely stank.. they didn’t care… you need a better key system and a better system in general, to sum it up very poor service…!

Would suggest getting more service operators as queues were quite long,and also suggest one person to drop keys off and also when picking up not encourage whole families to wait in the queue.

When we landed after 3 hours delay and waiting another hour for baggage the silver car park had a massive que, given my key eventually to find that that space i was told my car was parked didn’t exist! Walking around at 3:30am looking for my car! Lucikily found two parking attendant who found it for me apologising for the mess up. Bristol need to seriously sort out the car park it doesn’t work!

The facilities where were good the service not so good. My car had not been moved to the collection point on arrival, so had a wait of 40 mins. And after a 2 hour delay to the flight, I was not overly pleased to be hanging around a lot longer than expected. I have used the silver zone parking many times at Bristol Airport with no problems, so this was not expected !!

I am very unhappy with the service you provided. I parked my vehicle in a clearly marked disabled bay fairly close to the key drop off building, clearly displaying a blue disabled badge in the windscreen. Upon return, after an extremely long and difficult day after our flight was delayed several hours, to find that my vehicle had been moved to a non disabled bay yards further away from the building. The attitude of the staff member was extremely dismissive of my disability and the impact trying to mobilise such a distance would cause me and any offer of support.. I am extremely offended by your actions with total disregard for the disability discrimination act. I will be taking this further and will expect a response to actions taken.

Parked in the Silver Zone as we have done many times before. Arrived at just gone 4am to queues of people trying to drop off their keys. Since covid they have added an automated key drop station which seemed to confuse a lot of people but there were staff around helping people use it. Another queue for the bus to the terminal. We had dropped our bags at the airport the night before so easily found a space on the bus. On returning home we arrived at the Silver Zone to more queues to collect out car. After a two hour flight delay I just wanted to get home. There was a lot of muttering in the queue and some people were quite unpleasant to the counter staff who were doing their best to help. Our car was parked just outside the office so we were in and off in a reasonable time. My advice is to leave plenty of time for dropping off your car and to expect a wait on return.

Booking in OK. Member of staff helped us but somehow we ended up with the wrong return date. On return we waited in line outside the building for 45 minutes. The staff were good, working hard, but not enough of them and system not capable dealing with so many people. Due to wrong date our key was not immediately available but staff quickly located it and said our car was in exactly the same place as we left it. Unfortunately it wasn't. We searched the area. Then one of your drivers was very helpful and drove around looking. We eventually found it on the other side of the same car park. By now 2 hours since leaving terminal. So not happy and will not use Silver Zone car park again.

When we arrived at Bristol Silverzone at 3:15am for a 6:45am flight outbound, the queue to deposit the car key was twice round the building with a 45minute wait out in the cold & dark! On our return we queued for 30 minutes to catch the bus back to the carpark & then a further 40 minute queuing outside the building to collect the car keys. We have always used Silverzone parking but unlikely to use them again for some time!

Sadly the lack of staff and utter chaos caused by some individuals car keys going missing meant we had to queue for 1.5 hrs to get our own keys. We have used it before without issue though and I do understand that these are strange times with immense pressure on airlines who are very short staffed.

Travelled to Greece on Monday 23rd May, arrived at Silver car park at 3, queued for about 10 minutes then transfer to airport. Check in and security was OK and in all about hour and 40 minutes. However returned on the 30th May and it was shambolic, how can it go so wrong! Hour and 30 minutes for luggage to be available and then another hour and half queuing to get the car back some people waited 3 hours! Heard that keys had been lost, cars also not available total shambles. Aviation industry is on its knees and seriously understaffed, stop taking on additional flights, holidays until you have the infrastructure to support it.

Very poor experience. When we arrived at Bristol for outgoing journey we waited 30 mins for a coach(should be 15mins) When we came back to Bristol it was mayhem as approx 1 in 5 cars were not back in the parking area. We were god to wait and they would call. Someone forgot to tell the staff in the office my car and others keys were back, overall an hours wait. Your Chaps although polite would not use the word sorry!
