Easy parking at a very good price. Park near the office and pick up not far away, good if its raining. Only a couple of minutes wait for the bus in both directions.

The venue was easily accessible and the time to the airport was quick. The return journey was however slower as it seemed that the whole flight were with your car park! Even so the second bus arrived quickly and we were soon back, although very busy the keys were quickly returned and we could start our journey home. A very good service!

My husband found it traumatic. He has a blue badge and uses special assistance when flying. Queueing up and being shoved on the bus and having to stand all the way to the airport was unacceptable. It was a very cold morning 5 am minus 3 degs. We will not use you again as it upset him for the outward journey. He is unable to cope with such situations. Coming back was a bit better thank goodness. There seemed to be a lack of support for people with need for assistance. This is the first time we have used you.

All went very smoothly, thank you! only thing you could improve is parking nearer reception if the car owners have young children- we had to walk right to the other end of the car park before collecting our vehicle, which was a bit tricky with a tired 5 year old...

Had a car valet £29.99, was ok only inside not cleaned properly dirt on side of floor mates dogs hair on back seat, seems its NOT your people that does it but a self employed car cleaner. Needs a word about this as could give there services a bad name...REX....
