You need to provide more buses to meet busy flight arrival times - we had to wait 20 minutes in the cold for a bus

My disabled badge was stuck between the dash and the windscreen. Very annoying and had to get it out with tweezers! Not happy. Also a late dirty mark just inside the door which wasn't there when we parked it! Again not happy.

On the negative side-hardstanding where cars are left for pickup can be gravel so pulled trolley bags can be damaged-apart from that very smooth.

Coach trip to and from airport was a nightmare passengers and luggage packed in like sardines just could not move.I'm sure this would not be allowed on public transport in the event of an emergency.

It would be better if the in and out system at reception could be better designed. When you collect your keys people rush out into the people coming in. If they have bags you can get a nasty bang on the leg.

There was little to improve on. The only small point is the post code. The one given takes you to the main airport. This is the case on Sat Nav and Google Maps so this could have been made clearer at the time of booking.

Transfer bus far too crowded on return. Difficult to get on and off with suitcases when so crowded. Did not like leaving keys (personal choice) would book long stay next time, much nearer to terminal and able to walk back to car.
