Whilst the booking was made quickly and your payment taken even faster it took several phone calls to finally get confirmation of my booking,,, I made the booking whilst in the car and could not write the conf number down at the time, no worries I was told we will email it to you , Several phone calls later it arrived,,, not good !!

my first time with Silver zone and it will be my last . Surly unhelpful staff . Lack of clear signage to indicate where to park on arrival . On return my car had been moved to number 7 row X . On return at 23:00 Trudging through the rain to collect my vehicle on what functions as a road surface to pull my luggage along was no joke . Did you do this on purpose ? Do you like treating your paying customers as something you'd scrape off your shoes . Truth to tell I was exceedingly impressed by the sheer awfulness of your so called service .
