The staff were rushing to give back car keys and someone took my keys! I had to wait for the staff to locate that person and recover my keys. There were not enough buses running so long queues built up. I would book the Waggon and Horses car park next time.

I am handicapped but my car wasn't in hancapped for me to collect so I had trouble getting my luggage in the back seat as the door couldn't open fully

Yes apart from the return, our car had been moved. It was originally in bay 51 and had been moved to bay D51. This was not explained clearly and it took 20 mins to find the vehicle at 02:00

The whole experience was efficient and welcoming. On arrival at reception the staff were both courteous and smiling. I did miss the signs telling me to remember the parking space I had used. Perhaps they could be more prominent, or there could be information contained on the website, or printed confirmation. the buses were frequent both to the airport and from the airport when we arrived back in the country. The staff were still smiling at 02:00 in the morning. Great welcome home. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Silver Zone parking is excellent. Very close to Bristol airport so transfer times are quick. Buses are constantly arriving and departing so waiting time is minimal. Key collection is fast and the staff are very efficient.
