All went well just as expected. We do complain to ourselves that we usually have to retrieve our vehicle from what appears to be the very furthest point in the car park and wonder just how you manage that?

The service was excellent, everything went very smoothly. There was no waiting around and only a few minutes from the terminal. Only improvement for me would be when travelling with young children perhaps they could consider where they park the car for collection.

We came home near midnight with an 86 year old mother, who was extremely tired. The driver of the bus loaded and unloaded our luggage, which consisted of six bags and then fetch a trolley for us to take to our car. All of this was done with a welcoming smile. He was absolutely fantastic.

car was misplaced on our return at midnight - a fruitless walk in the dark and cold; it was finally 'found' and brought to us. Disappointing end to the holiday. I'll probably go back to on the airport parking next time.

I have had a back operation and everything ok on the way out but coming back I had to walk to 72G in the rain to pick up my car dragging my bag through the puddles, no good for my back.

Very quick and easy, link bus quick and efficient drop off and pickup just outside terminal. Staff were most helpful. Car was some distance from office upon return.
