Car park spaces way to small. Whoever moved my car left extremely dirty footprints all over the car mat and door sill.

No arriving home at midnight after a delayed flight was not made any easier by being given the wrong bay number for my car. My key had been labelled incorrectly and I then had to wait until staff located my car parked elsewhere.

Yes, everything went extremely smoothly as it has done on all the other occasions I have used Holiday Extras. Charged an extra day because flight cancelled and had to wait at Faro for flight back. Can understand why but when I used long stay and this happened they said that as out of my control its fine and let me out. I did ring them from Faro as soon as flight cancelled.

At the reception was told we had parked the car in the wrong area but we had been instructed by a member of staff to park there.Then this person was told all cars were being in that area as she did not know.Next was told that we were parking till Sunday not Friday.I showed her the booking and said it was different on the computer. Then she found she was looking at the wrong Mr Sayer.Never did she appologise for her mistakes.

Yes very helpful. Your female driver at midnight made absolutely certain she got everyone on that bus, and there were lots of people. We were near the back of the queue and we're convinced we would have to wait for the next bus. But no, we got on! So thank you to her for smooth transition.

Airport lounge was rubbish. No glasses to get drinks. When staff were asked to get something they kept you waiting. Very lazy. I know it was busy but you know how many people you are expecting in the lounge so you should have the right level of staff, food and drink out. We went to the Birmingham lounge last year 100% better. Perhaps you should take a leaf out of their book! Parking - on return there were not enough busses. Again you should know how many people you are expecting to use the service as you have details of flights and you must prebook.

This car park is perfectly situated near the airport and with the bus transfer it makes things much easier. The check in Staff and bus driver were very pleasant and yes for us everything went like clockwork. Thank you holiday extras.
