Bus from parking to terminal was involved in an accident with another vehicle which delayed arrival at the terminal by 30 minutes, causing additional anxiety and stress when confronted by a very busy and under-staffed security process at departures. Not your fault, but very stressful nonetheless and I had arrived at the parking 3 1/4 hours before my flight departure time.

Slightly more frequent buses from airport on return would be nice, to make sure no waiting around at all (after already being delayed on return flight).

Used Silver Parking in Bristol, have used several times in the past, car park was the fullest i'd ever seen, so much so I was put in an overflow car park, told to remember where I'd parked and not to go to reception but take my key with me and crack on. transport to and from airport very good as usual. The airport was packed with holiday makers, standing room only in departure lounge, long delays, we had the foresight of booking the fast track security and Aspire lounge both I highly recommend, the lounge was exceptional, room to sit and relax, food was very good and a few beers to start the holiday. Note that people tried to pay on the day which was not allowed.

Unfortunately, it was a bit chaos at the Silver Zone car park. They had taken too many bookings and we had to park in the staff car park. On leaving the car park (in the early hours of the morning, with 2 little children) , our ticket wouldn't work (because we were in the staff car park) and the machine was asking to pay £100!

All went well both with parking and on return . I’m not sure why they feel the need to move the car to what is essentially the same parking area which offers no advantage in retrieving the car !

There was nowhere to park in Silver Zone when we arrived on Sunday 29 May so had to leave my car on a grassy bank after driving around a few times. Clearly the car park was overbooked

Having changed the procedure together with hundreds of others we had to queue for over an hour to drop off our keys . My wife and myself are pensioners and were travelling with our 12 year old grandson. We found this very upsetting. On return despite us having parked our car in a disabled parking bay we found the car had been moved and they couldn’t locate the car . We were delayed by three hours until we eventually located car and got away . During that time my Grandson became increasingly upset witnessing the other families who are equally angry and frustrated with the ludicrous lack of organisation and poor attitude of staff. I will never use this car park or Bristol airport again!!!!

An unutterably awful experience in dropping the car at Bristol silver zone. Queues to get in queues to drop keys off totaling over 2 hours. Avoid like the plague. If I could give no stars I would.

The new self-check in for car key drop off works really well. As it is a new system many were a little confused at first, but it was simple to do and there was plenty of staff to help (even at 3:15am!). The bus transfer was quick and the driver was very courteous and helpful (excellent crowd surge control skills!). We had the same driver upon our return. Unfortunately I do not know his name (he used a walking stick if that helps to identify him).

VERY BUSY WHEN WE GOT THERE AT 3 IN THE MORNING AND HAD TO QUEUE FOR ABOUT HALF AND HOUR TO HAND KEYS OVER AND SAME ON RETURN A WEEK LATER IN THE AFTERNOON IT WAS A GOOD JOB IT WAS NOT RAINING ON RETURN IT TOOK A WHILE TO FIND MY KEYS CAUSE BY VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN MOVED

Mostly the parking went well, there is still an issue with queuing to retrieve the car key but I suppose there are major problems at all airport venues at present. I was surprised that my automatic handbrake was disabled on my Skoda car - I am not sure why this was done as there was no need for this action to be undertaken.

Very slow checkin system at the Silver Zone with queues that took over 1/2 hour to get through then a long wait for the transit bus to arrive delaying us in total almost an hour. Upon arrival the bus was fairly quick to arrive but then went into a holding pattern in a car park outside the Silver Zone area to wait before driving to the Silver Zone area. Then there was a 1 hour queue to collect our car keys. Altogether nothing like the previously good experience. Loads of staff in yellow hi vis jackets just standing around looking!! Hopefully Bristol Airport will sort this soon!

We used this site to book parking (Silver Zone) at Bristol airport. The collection of our car (at 00:15 on 3rd Jun) was a bad experience. I was told that the car was parked by the 'golf fence', near the staff park. I was told this was near row CC which was a few min walk from the building. It was frustrating that it did not have a bay address but i thought it would be OK. However I explained to the staff that I did not know either where the staff car park was nor the local golf course! I walked off with my family (incl. a very tired 6 yr old) to find the car. After 25 min of searching and asking other Airport staff I still couldn't find the car until I went back to the building and happened to see the car just parked in a road (not in a bay) almost on a zebra crossing. Please tell the parking staff to park the cars in bays and not to give pointless clues to the parking locations (how would I know what 'golf fence' was..??). I presume your website does not run the parking operation but it was a very negative experience

Shambles …is the only way to describe the new automated system. The staff are not to blame they are doing the best they can.. there just aren’t enough of them. My car was damaged and no one thought to tell me before before I picked it up. They lost one man’s car.. he had been waiting an hour when I spoke to him and another gentleman was waiting for his missing car keys. So think what you will and good luck.

No the service was terrible. Large queue to drop key off. On returning the car was in an unmarked staff car park which took me 1 hour to find. Then I tried to complain to holidayextras and the ‘queue’ kept freezing. Not what I paid for.

Absolutely awful. I booked a space a week in advance in official airport parking ( silver zone) at Bristol Airport . When I turned up it was chaos. There were no spaces. Staff deeply unhelpful and belligerent. When asking if there were any spaces in an area I had been sent to by one staff member, another staff member said, “ well you tell me if you can find one”. Reminding her that I had paid £100 for the privilege, she shrugged and said “ complain to the airport “. . Ended up parking in staff car park. It can’t be that hard to ensure you don’t sell more spaces than you have. Never again!

The experience was awful. We queued for 20 min to get into the car park and then discovered an exceptionally long queue to check car keys in. This was not an option for us as we would have missed our flight. We had to leave the car park and pay for alternative parking. I will be seeking a refund.

Delay on pick up from airport from inbound flight due to baggage delays and then huge crowds waiting outside airport, Bristol airport doesn’t have enough staff ! Your transfer driver was brilliant and the 2nd bus cleared the queue. Even though it was very busy at 6pm there were plenty of staff at Silverzone to hand out car keys and pick up location.
