The only reason you did not get a 10 is the fact that we had such a long way to walk. My husband is 86 this year. Think it would be good if you parked the older peoples nearer the check in for keys. We saw quite a few much younger people parked a few yards away from the collection point.

My only criticism is we went away for a week but paid for 9 days parking. I think the days should be worked out by the hour as we arrived back at 12.15 am but still had to pay for a full day

arrived in plenty of time waited for a bus & waited when the buses came had to wait for driver to get a bigger bus only to find site & ground staff to fill buses had to struggle through workers with case to find they were filling seats ,seemed blind to the disabled seat signs, all this made us late for the flight had to rush through check in did not do me any good walking with the stick .they wanted me to pay to get through check in what a way to get extra revenue a rip off like a bunch of amatures trying to run an airport, i have been through most airports in Britain this has got to be the worst profits before people especially disabled people.terrible,

I booked into an Airport Carpark through Holiday Extras, having used them in the past with absolutely no issues. This occasion was no different. At 0230hrs my car broke down. We had to use my partners car. At 0235hrs I phoned Holiday Extras (yes a real person available at that time) to explain and to change car details. The deal was done immediately and a confirmation email was sent. We arrived at the Airport Carpark at 0345hrs and had no problem booking in.
