We've used Silverline before. They're a bit more expensive than some of the other companies but with your discount the difference is less and worth it for the convenience.

Woman at check in desk was rude and unhelpful which is not what you want at any time let alone 4.30amin the morning. The collection man in contrast was cheerful and helpful.

Quick simple drop off. Bus transfers were there constantly so never had to wait for our airport transfers out and back (happy drivers!) checkin was a breeze, they even have the facilities for a car valet/was for when you collect your car. Very impressed.

On my return to the UK from overseas I found that my car was parked in bay 67 - Nearly the farthest away from the office - my wife suffering from a severely injured leg found the walk to retrieve the car very painful. can a method of parking be limited to the customers preferences? John Mason. wAS

Too long to wait for a bus on outward journey. On return journey, bus driver caused more hold ups by refusing to drive his bus forward and allow waiting passengers to board the bus behind him.

We have used the Silver Zone many times but on this occasion the car was parked some distance from reception in row G75.In the past the car has always been moved much closer,I had trouble finding it and had to return to reception for clarification.

Always use silver zone but this time it was dreadful, almost missed my plane due to the amount of people queuing to check their car in, I arrived in plenty of time and still their were ques a mile long, lots of people worrying and blind panic in case they missed their flight, surely you know how many people are booked with you in advance.
