Everything was great the staff very friendly and helpful bus service very good just think the car park paths and spaces need resurfacing not very smooth for pulling you're cases . But will always use silver zone when flying from Bristol .

We booked through Easy Jet, who managed to book our flight correctly for 4.5 weeks but the car for 1 week, and so the start of the trip was marred by time wasted correcting this mistake. Your staff as always were excellent and soon dealt with the problem. we are and always have been delighted with the service you provide, and will continue to use your services. Although our car clearly displayed a Blue Badge and was left in disabled parking. On our return it had been parked at B 26.Which due to my poor mobility made it was so far for me to walk, and the fact that it was raining, I then had to spend the next 1.5 hours in wet clothes. Surely our car should of been left in disabled parking for our return
