Everything went very smoothly. Lots of people checking in but queue moved very quickly. Same when collecting car. Bus service very good. Good value for money.

Silverzone was very busy on arrival and we had to queue to book in, but the staff worked fast and smart to process the volume of arrivals. The bus driver was friendly and helpful. Allow extra time at Bristol there was also a half hour queue at security that snaked through the entire terminal building.

Bit of a scrum getting on the bus at both ends. Too many people trying to barge past each other afraid of not getting on the bus. Some form of channeled queuing system like at the airport might help and stop people trying to barge past people who had been there the longest.

Great service. Great price - you drop the car off and leave the keys at reception. The car park is manned 24 hours a day and when you arrive back home the car is parked in a nearby spot for your convenience. Would definitely book again.

Easy jet cancelled my flight on Sunday evening to Bristol from Malaga at 11.45 and the only option we had was to fly to Gatwick.We caught the first coach on Monday morning back to Bristol airport via the bus station and when I came to collect my car and explained the circumstances , I was charged for an extra days parking.

The whole process was effortless and the staff friendly and efficient. The only slight niggle was that whoever moved my car to its final position left the lights on despite an alarm to warn them. This could have resulted in a flat battery.
