Due to the large volume of people wanting to book in there was a lot of chaos with whole families queuing with cases etc. Signage or a staff member at such times to ensure only one person needed to book in vehicle.

I have used silver parking many times and am booked in again In September .i have always been totally satisfied with everything but this time when I returned to pick up my car I was told it was in the space I left it , I thought this strange as I had booked it for a clean . We could not find my car but a car park attendant went out of his way to help found my car and brought it to us , he thought it was the cleaning team who did not put correct parking number when finished . The only annoying thing being the time it took to collect my car as we still had to travel to Bodmin .

you moved my car and when I picked it up I had flat tyre...the parking lot was rough and somehow a nail had penetrated the tyre. For the price we paid it would have been nice to have someone note that the tyre was flat.

The only problem on return is the distance your car is parked away. With mobility problems it appeared it was tough and no one was bothered. Poor customer service

We asked that the car was parked near the receiption as we had two small children and late flight in. Return to pick up car at midnight to find car could have been parked further away. This had happened before which is why we asked. It's not like the two child seats didn't give the fact we had kids away.
