No it wasn't smoothly I was handed my keys and wasn't explained where to go . When I parked the car it was in a disabled parking space with my blue badge on display but when we returned it was not in a disabled parking space it was right at the back of the car park and my disabled parking badge was thrown into the footwell of the car . I have a spinal problem and arthritis in both my legs so distance is a problem and by the time we found our car I couldn't walk . After the terrible problem in the airport the parking was the last straw.

Car damaged. Inexperienced staff not sure what to do, manager called who completed an incident Form. Advised someone would be in contact no apology offered or contact made.

Firstly I parked in a marked bay and made a note of my numbers, I then had to hand my keys in which involved a long procedure, On return I found some owners cars were moved to other spaces !! Why ? I thought . I was told they move them to a compound . Fortunately I always place a steering lock on my vehicle and on collection of my keys I was told your car is in the same bay . When I got to my vehicle I found that someone had been inside the car , my hi viz jacket was thrown on the seat , the drivers door pocket had been rummaged through , the Center console also had been rummaged through , items were strewn around as if it had been burgled!!! The drivers seat was pushed back , the indicator was in the on position!!! Obviously looking for a steering lock key . I do not wish my car to be moved or driven by anyone . I will not be using them again and have told all friends not to use . Leave your car at home and take a taxi !!!!

Arrival and check in at Silver Zone at Bristol airport was fine. On my return after the holiday, why didnt the staff have my car key ready for me, they knew I was coming. And, why did the have to move my car?

When we arrived to park at 02.30 am, it was unfortunate that the parking control at Bristol was experiencing an IT breakdown, resulting in our having to queue (standing) for about 45 minutes. We had already allowed plenty of time to ensure we could meet our flight departure, so no problem there. Recovery of my car did take a bit longer than usual, as it had been booked in manually, and there was a bit of a search for the keys. Those "glitches" in the processes aside staff were most helpful, and even cheerful at 3am, so absent the delays, I would have scored them 10/10.

modern sytems in place making booking in very esay . unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour for a coach to pick us up form the airport . On a positive note this is the first time this has ever happen in the many times we have travelled.

I parked in Silver Zone Bristol Airport using new drop off key system.No problem going on holiday.Upon return to collect my car keys atam 10/6/22 it was a bit chaotic where keys could not be found for some people and they had to search for their keys in a large bin.I will certainly think twice about using again unless improvements made

Dropping the car off was ok , but when we got back from our holiday at midnight it was complete mayhem, we waited in a line for around 45 minutes as many keys could not be found as they were put in the wrong boxes and the tags had fallen off the keys in the end we were all looking through boxes to see if we could spot our keys as the staff didn’t know where they were don’t think I would use the service again

Getting to the car park was difficult because of the immense traffic jams, and once there, again it was difficult to find a parking space. Unlike several years ago, there were no reserved spaces for new arrivals so one has to hunt around wasting valuable time. The transport to and from the airport was abysmal… dangerously overcrowded buses, with everybody breathing over everybody. I must have caught Covid on the way out, and had a miserable holiday as a result. None of this reflects on Holiday Extras I suppose, but you ought to know these facts as agents of the car park.

At 3AM the building was teeming with people parking . This was due to current problems at Bristol Airport. Having said this the queues were under control and people were light-hearted. It took approximately took half to three quarters of hour to complete the booking.

We park in a disabled space with my badge. On our return the car had been moved half way across the car park. With my condition I can’t walk very far, hence the disabled badge. So obviously they have no consideration for the use of these badges and why move the car. I find this situation unacceptable and await your comments.

On arrival at the silver zone car park at Bristol Airport, we were met with chaos. Queues in every direction, people arriving to park their cars, people arriving from the airport to collect their cars, people to check their cars in to the on line system. Insufficient staff - Hopeless! Why do people have to check in again whilst all of their info is already in the system, surely ANPR checks are sufficient as was the case during Covid restrictions.

On arrival, not really as advertised as we had to park/abandon car on road as car park full. On return, queue for a long time to retrieve key. None of this was car park's fault just knock on for general bedlam currently experienced at airports.
