some staff abrupt. we were able to get bus back to car on first bus but people left to wait for another bus despite there being at least 8 empty seats and standing room in back as no one checked or moved people up who were blocking the doorway.

Staff and facilities were very good ,my only criticism was my car had been moved to a parking spot that was twice as far from the reception against where I dropped it off.

Really swift check in and check out. Staff conscious of the late hour and people just wanting to get their car and get home. Staff were welcoming, despite it being the early hours of the morning. Transfer bus operated frequently - no long periods of waiting around. This is more convenient than the car parks closer to the airport.

My brand new Rangerover was damaged in the carpark. The valeting service was a waste of money. Your side of things, i.e. the booking etc was fine.

The lounge was overcrowded poorly decorated the staff were slow or not even interested in clearing empty glasees bowls etc which we had to clear when we found available seats.the soup was Luke warm and we had to keep asking for replenishments for the buffet,glasses,bowls and drinks. A very disappointing experience and we will not use this facility again.Its over priced,under staffed and let down to your company.A poor start to our journey.
