Very good very quick transfer to the airport. Somebody helping customers with their luggage onto the bus, say families or the elderly who are struggling. People may be prepared to pay a little extra for this.

Had a small delay on pick up when the drop down barriers at Bristol Airport refused to work. The driver was quite assuring that it wouldn't be long and after ten minutes we were on our way

You had put a discount flyer on my windscreen on to the outside. The sun had melted the glue and ink to the glass making it difficult to remove. Perhaps you could just put this on the seat ?

Silver zone parking at Bristol is just offsite from the main airport. the service is always good, quick and efficient. I've never had a problem and will continue to use it.
