I had a short wait to drop off my car keys but the staff were apologetic. On our return my car was parked very close as one of our party is disabled which was wonderful but the scratch on my front bumper was a disappointment.

Parking no problems. However the bus driver pushed too many people and too much luggage on to the bus on the return journey. I suspect this would have been contrary to health and safety rules. If there had been an accident there would have been many injuries and possibly fatalities.Surely there must be a maximum number allowed on the bus at any one time.

The booking was very easy & the confirmation I received arrived promptly with all my booking details. We wouldn't use silver zone parking again as would rather be within walking distance if the terminal & didn't like the idea of having to find our car in the early hours of the morning.

Very efficient service, minimal queue and helpful staff. Car was parked directly opposite office on our return and as it was in the early hours of the morning it was a pleasure to just get off the bus collect key and straight to our car no delay or fuss 10/10 well done silver zone.

staff were fairly rude. the one member of staff didnt have time for me when i approached the desk to check my car it. all other staff memebers were fine. on return of my holiday the gentleman who got my keys was very helpful and polite. maybe the female staff member had a bad nights sleep?!

I was able to get on a coach to the airport immediately at both ends of the journey, which was great. Staff were helpful and efficient but not particularly friendly.
