Getting to the airport was ok no problems on return my flight was cancelled and had to come back 2 days early so I emailed silver zone twice and phoned as well no reply.I assumed the emails had got through then got to the airport only for the people there to tell me I’d have to wait 40 mins for my car and at 2 in the morning that’s not funny.

We were really pleased with the helpful staff on our arrival at the car park showing us how to use the self service machine. On our return our key pick up went smoothly with clear directions to where our car was parked

Long Queue standing in the rain to book in -going round looking for a space - direction arrows pointed to full park -why you can’t keep your keys- (which I thought you had started that’s why I booked) this would solve all this faff..

Arriving at Silver Zone car park at 3am on 5th June to find a queue outside around the check in building. It was cold and drizzling. The check in machines were confusing to use so I finally asked one of three attendants at the desk to help. The inside was full of frustrated people. On return to the collection area to retrieve car key there was a long queue with only 2 attendants retrieving the car keys. Our car had been moved to another bay which wasn’t explained. Clearly the auto check in system needs to be made more efficient and easy to use. Also much more staff needed for retrieval of car keys. The whole experience was time wasting and frustrating!

We returned after a 9hr flight. To observe a gentleman havong been given the wrong key for his car. Our issue unfolded...one car moved and found...the other car was not in a parking lot known to the company..to the point where we considered advising the police ! This delayed access to the car by at least 90 minutes...there were 3 children on this trip and 4 adults.... The car window was open on arrival. And coukd not be put bach up by the staff that moved it ! Hence they put the car near a car wash area with plastic around it !!!...what led to the window being opened and now does not close with ease ?

On return to the airport insufficient buses running resulting in massive queues and hence considerable delay in being able to collect my car. Will use taxi's in the future

Over an hour to hand car keys to reception at Silver Parking. Ridiculous. It was 4 a.m and the queue was endless, kids and OAP standing in the cold . Never again. Goodbye Bristol useless airport.

On our return we had a filling someone played with our car as we had French radio channel, a different settling on a display like time, lights, navigation. We had to spend a time to put all right and a filling of abuse. Please provide some investigation as it is criminal!!!!

I made a mistake when booking & booked twice. Then we had to pay another £255 to leave the car park. Please can you give me, a phone number to claim a refund. We use your company a lot & have always been happy with the service - this time we got it terribly wrong & need help.

Self checking was unavailable, only 3 staff members checking in, they remained very professional and polite throughout, and dealt efficiently with passengers who were were somewhat agitated, ques were extremely long, could not fault staff, think it was unfourtunate that self checkouts were out of order.

We were obliged to come home a day early as our flight was cancelled. There was no way to change the pickup time of the car. The website options did not function and accept a change, and the telephone number given only went straight to a full mailbox on 8 attempts to contact the car park. When we arrived there were several people in the same position, the local staff had no knowledge of the cancellation and it took an hour to revive our car.

when collecting the car at Bristol silver zone found the car was parked at an angle. Not parked correctly, very unprofessional. Due to the car parked at an angle and not squarely, other car doors have hit and damaged my car.

First time I’ve used silver zone parking for some years, bit strange to me the booking in procedures, but guess I would get used to it, easy getting back your key, all in all, yes it’s fine, and the staff on my outward journey helped me with the booking in procedure, staff on my return to collect my car, little bit on the down side, but it was early morning, or maybe their had been working the night shift, yes would use this parking again

The postcode doesn't take you to silver car park. Otherwise good experience. Also exist sign could be clearer

All was good at Bristol silver zone no problems :: We didn’t use our FAST TRACK as we had to go to airport soo early due to lots of Problems there recently and at 2 in the morning wasn’t open and didn’t need so that was a big of a waste of £12 but there we are By going early we avoided the CRAZY situation that’s going on there ::::

I have always rated silver Zone very highly and have numerous times over the years. Unformatted when we returned from our Bordeux flight on Monday 14 th June, the car had not been returned yet for pick up. There were about 20 of us waiting and our flight had been delayed so it was irritating. Having said that I appreciate these are difficult times and staffing is a major issue. I felt so sorry for the staff who dealt with it very well elects with some customers being so aggressive. I hope to use Soccer Zone again this year but a little apprehensive!

Long queues for both dropping off and picking up of keys. Although I was not affected, there were a number of families whose cars were not ready for them, being told there was a shortage of staff to collect them. I know a lot of companies are suffering staff shortages and am just grateful I was not affected by it at this time. With the dropping off procedure I think the staff helping on the self service would have been better placed behind the desk as I’m sure that would have been quicker than talking every person through doing it themselves
