Everything went well. I would like to commend the car park attendant and coach driver who helped me on my arriva l at the silver zone. I was travelling with my mum who is 83 and doesn't walk too well. They were so attentive and kind helped with luggage and made sure she was comfortable. On my way back, without my mum, the silver zone coach had broken down so i had a bit of a longer wait than usual but staff were very helpful and apologetic.

Very well organised from arriving at check in to getting transported to a from the airport with minimum wait time and then picking up the car afterwardsCouldn't fault it and will definitely recommend Silverj Zone parking

Nice staff at drop off and the same for collection. Very easy service. Minor issue I had was exiting row U sent me, following the exit sign. Totally the wrong way. Sorted in the end and when the exit sign is viewed from other rows it sends people the right way.

Having used silver zone before keen to use again but very poor this time. Had to wait 20 mins for a bus then 4 arrived. Return bus driver mire interested in her phone than anything else. Positive reception staff excellent. Would not use again.

You have a petty thief that totally destroyed our confidence in your service. WE categorically put £6.60 in the front tray of our car, this was to ensure we had enough currency to pay the bridge toll. 1 x £2, 4 x £1 and 3 x 20p. When we pick the car up the £2 was missing, how very sad and very petty. Needless to say this will get global review on Tripadvisor. Do not trust Silver Zone at Bristol airport. You really let us down.
