My partner is disabled and it would be good if there were designated parking areas. Plus it would be good if, when booking, this enquiry was put on the form. Otherwise a very efficient service.

Hi, the booking went as planned however I was very disappointed to find prices go up as you get closer to departure date. This is not made clear either on your site or Bristol Airport site. Consequently I ended up paying £20 more than my saved quote price

I have no complaints about my recent use of Silver zone Bristol. my experience went without a hitch, fast to drop off car and keys, immediate transfer bus after we had used the toilet facilities. Only had a five minute wait for shuttle on return journey after our holiday, a few in the queue but served very quickly with our keys and the car was a stones throw from reception which made for a pain free walk for my step father. A very enjoyable experience before and after my superb holiday. Thank you

In the main the staff were helpful but on returning from my holiday I was faced with a member of your staff who came over very abrupt and customer unfriendly, when unfortunately I could not locate my ticket for collection of my car. Where as i understood it was totally my fault in mislaying it, she did not put me at my easy, instead spoke to me like a naughty child, totally embarrassing me. Sad as I had never e perienced this before when using your services and witnessing othe travellers that had mislaid their tickets.

It was a busy period and first bus was full but next bus was there within five minutes so can't complain. Good service. They seemed to have plenty of staff to cover busy periods so everything went smoothly.

All went smoothly apart from the return pickup I had a late flight and thought I needed to put my return time as 01.00 the following morning so when checking in the lady advised me I needed the flight time so she amended it but to the wrong day completely consequently my car wasn't ready!! Would help when booking to advise to put flight times I possibly paid more for an extra day!!
