We have never used silver parking so what a great surprise to find it so easy to use. My wife is disabled and we parked close to the reception and apron return our car was as close to reception as possible. We will now always use silver parking.

The Bristol Lounge was a pretty poor experience. Cramped, low quality experience and although I wasn't expecting Tea at the Ritz, this was a loooong way down the line. Salt and vinegar Crisps and pretzels were plentiful. Other delights on offer was Soup, bread rolls and scones (jam and clotted cream ran out by 1:30pm). That was about it. Not everyone was there for the booze, which was plentiful and frequently topped up.

Great on arrival, parked close ti reception and shuttle bua arrived quickly. On return car was parked quite a way from reception, too far for elderly companion to walk. I assumed the car would be close by for collection. Good service otherwise.

Staff we exceptionally helpful. We got lost on the way and we were cutting it fine with regards to checking in on time. The bus drivers and manager were extremely helpful and considerate and made sure we got to the airport on time and we had 15mins to spare. Thanks to them we managed to chatch our flight and are extremely greatful :):)
