far too expensive, the company has used the pandemic as an excuse to inflate prices significantly at a time where the cost of living crises is hitting families hard. how can it be right that the cost of parking can be more than a flight

Member of staff was just moving a car so he said you can park in the space I’m leaving. It was our 1st so we weren’t sure what to do at the key drop. Again staff were there to help. Coach was ready to take us to the airport..very cheerful driver. Same on the return. Always someone to guide us. Thank you

Great apart from the car not being where it was originally parked. We arrived back into Bristol at 2am and I collected the keys while my husband took the luggage to the car to save time. He got to the parking space where the car was left to find it wasn’t there.

I have already contacted you regarding the issue with your service. Parking was very good. But I was unable to access the airport lounge that we payed for as it was closed and you knew what time I was flying. STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE!

Silver Zone parking at Bristol Airport. Signage difficult to see. both arriving in car at night and exciting car park on foot to transfer bus. Not happy about having to leave a key. Long queues. Very expensive. Not value for money. Suggest people look for alternatives.

Because our return flight was cancelled it was extremely difficult to contact anyone to rearrange hotel airport transfer It was rearranged but no confirmation was received which caused some worrying.

I had to contact your customer services as we were unable to get to the Aspire Lounge with enough time to have a breakfast and a coffee as there was such a long wait at the Silver zone parking and security.We got to the Aspire longe with 15 minutes before or gate was called. As of yet NO REPLY from your customer services.It been 3 weeks. Regards Rob Batty

Checking the car in was fine. However, when we arrived back at the airport to collect our car it was chaos. They didn’t have our car ready, as well as a lot of other customers we were just left waiting with no real information about how long it would take for our car to arrive back in silver zone. The customer service was appalling, there was no explanation except they were getting it. Sone people had been waiting 2 hours, really disappointing with the attitude of the staff, one lady in particular exacerbating and not helping the situation! I honestly think I should have my money back from them for the inconvenience and terrible customer service!

I came home early as easyjet cancelled my flight and i couldn't get hold of you on the phone only a webchat which wasnt the best,i didn't see why i had to try and get hold of silver parking at Bristol when i think it should have been your job.

While on holiday I was getting notifications to say that my car was not locked , when we picked the car up it was unlocked , is so expensive to park but fir peace of mind I pay , so I was very upset that my car was u locked the whole time

Arrival, parking, booking in and transfer to departures went smoothly. Return was a little more hectic, this was due to at least two flights arriving in a short span. Staff in collection for keys desk where overwhelmed and found it difficult to cope and my attendant was not sure were my car was parked. Was easily resolved but direction was rushed so got a little confused

Disappointed that my car was moved, travelled with young child (2 year old), parked in parent & child space on arrival. Handed key in, upon return vechicle had been moved to different location, not very happy about that! Other than this situation, was ok

Our return flight was cancelled and we had return a day earlier than planned. I followed the instructions on the car key receipt sending an email to inform you of the change. When I landed at Bristol I also rang the phone number but it still took nearly an hour for our car to be brought out of ‘storage’ and returned to us. I was told that the email wouldn’t have been looked at for ‘days’. If you wish car owners to inform you of changes over the phone then please don’t give the option of sending an email. I could just as easily have rung the telephone number in the first I stance

Have parked in Silver Parking many times before with no problems. Unfortunately, this time, purely because the unprecidented number of people looking for parking spaces it was horrendous, but the same applied to all airport parking at Bristol. We will still be parking there in future.

The post code given to me on the instructions took us into the main airport. We had to ask an airport worker for directions to the Silver Parking. All the other bits were good.

Difficult to find an empty space on arrival. On return car in different space to where parked, not sure why this is necessary. Bus was available on return and trip to airport very short
