A seamless entry into he car park, an easy to find car parking space and kay handover. A minimal amount of time to wait for the transfer in an uncrowded bus. Coming home was much the same and it was easy to find the car and exit the car park.

We were told our car had been stolen as it had gone missing. Whilst we were fully compensated it was still a horrible experience at 1.00am. Our car was in fact found parked in another car park which should not have happened

it was a nightmare to find - we were running late as traffic was horrendous and the 2 hr journey took us 3 hours + but i really think bigger brighter signs would help. My satnav couldn't find it either,

Small marks on my rear bumper which appeared when it was parked in under your control . I have never experienced any thing like this in all my years of travelling and using airport parking !!
