I rang up 3 months before flying to tell them that the flights had all changed and the agent I spoke to said it was ok, gave her all the details and thought nothing more. Arrived at carpark and spent 30 minutes sorting out my return time back into the country. When arriving back to the country the car keys were no where to be found and then 15 minutes later they turned up in a box. NOT WHAT I EXPECT

All fine except my car was parked so close to the next one, I could not even get my arm fully in. Had to climb over passenger seat and as I have arthritic knees this was not easy.

All smooth but mum is disabled and my car was in the furthest corner of the car park. I had to drive through a no entry sign to collect her. Otherwise all good.

when returned to pick car up it parked a long way from office and one side of the car was covered in mud and in foot well of drivers side covered in thick mud foot prints i to clean in side and out of the car NOT GOOD .
