I travelled with my elderly mother, and the driver on the return journey (bus168) was exceptionally helpful; he not only dealt with the cases, while I dealt with my mother, he also offered to take the cases to the car; he then turned to help a mother with a baby with her cases etc. exceptionally good service

My husband does not have a disability badge but suffers from copd so walking a distance is difficult it would be helpful if there was allocated parking with someone with breathing difficulties.
