Postcode given sent us right to bristol airport but to a different car park.when I rang the number supplied no one answered,it was lucky I saw the silver zone on a road sign.

Our car was very dirty up one side due to large puddles of dirty water. Benefit from improving parking surfaces (tarmac) and wider parking spaces.

We had to cancel holiday due to illness. Although you were eventually very efficient, our initial request for cancellation invoice failed to materialise, hence significant delay. However Ben was really helpful & expedited.

on return the Silver zone stop was chaos with no order for boarding at all. The youngest and fittest pushed in rounding the outside of the bus to join the head of the people boarding, many elderly. Apart from this all was fine.

Booked with Silver Zone as you are dropped near to the terminal, travelled with friends less able bodied than my self, otherwise would of probably used other car park at half the price. The prices seem to increase every time I travel, and don't appear to be seasonal.

On collection the car is always parked a long way from the key collection reception pick up The car is moved from the original drop off they know when we are collecting the car so why could it not be moved again closer to the reception
