An excellent service. Despite our flight being delayed by over 8 hours, they didn't charge us a surcharge for the extra parking. At 5.30am after sitting in Tenerife for hours, we were very grateful!

Booked Silver Zone Parking at Bristol Airport through Holiday Extras as their price was the best for a 5 week stay on this occasion. Booking very straight forward. Silver Parking at Bristol Airport is a very slick operation and is always well staffed to receive incoming flights. Their buses run extremely regularly - as one leaves another arrives. Our car battery was flat when we returned after 5 weeks (no fault of Silver Zone) and they got us up and running quickly as all part of the service. I have used Holiday Extras and Bristol Silver Zone Parking many times over the years and have never had an issue

Waited for mins to get the bus from car park to terminal. The whole thing took mins from arriving in the car park. Much slower than expected.

on our return we were informed that our car was in A3 which was surprising as ones car is usually moved to the back of the car park. Firstly our car would not unlock with the automatic key therefore we unlocked it manually only to find that the car was dead - no battery life whatsoever. Someone had obviously left the lights on. One of your staff (Rodney) then bump started our car and then when we had some life we noticed that the lights were still left on. What kind of staff do you employ?
