when we left our car the lights were left on by the staff member who moved our car,obviously when we returned 2 weeks later we had no battery,extremely dissapointed.

Staff at Bristol Car Parks most helpful esp. as I was travelling with 2 elderly people. Simple to book, easy to find car park, good bus service to terminal (very helpful driver) Easy on return to find bus back to car park. Excellent experience...

A very efficient service at a reasonable price,thank you! Only one point that would improve your parking experience that being to improve the parking surface, we did find the areas that weren't tarmac to be dusty and difficult to wheel our suitcases on!
