I booked and as expected to use facilities was not too concerned with no refund. however ! my daughter in law crashed her car and I offered mine whilst I was away. so lost the whole price of parking throughout my holiday . this seems totally unfair for me doing a good turn. you did nothing other than accept the booking . so why can refunds not be made in exceptional circumstances. your records will prove my car came nowhere near your car park . please give a refund or lose this frequent customer . thank you

Yes everything went very smoothly, especially he silver zone parking, I was really impressed with the efficiency with dropping the car off, and the speed of collecting my car keys, despite the number of people arriving on the shuttle bus.A great service.

Staff were all very good both in and out. i do feel it would be nice to have the car moved to a nearer location on collection as we had to walk to the furthest point as our car was the last in the line. when tired and rushing this i am sure can be a little frustrating to many customers.

Flight was delayed so arrived back a little late... huge queue for bus to silver zone...seems that only 1bus was running... long wait in cold...in the end a long stay bus took pity on the queue and took us over...well done that man.

I find this is a good way to travel to Bristol airport from Plymouth. As the entrance to the car park is on route so avoids traffic. Handing over and returning keys is quick as is the shuttle bus. The only negative is on return our car is moved to the extreme of the car park so a long walk when tired to find it.
