the only preference I would have is if I could leave my vehicle and pick it up in the same spot, even if I had to walk further, the service from your staff in reception and your bus drivers id excellent, the only tiny tiny thing was my handbrake was pulled on quite hard on the flat and it was difficult to get off but as i say a tiny thing, would reccomend ypou and would be my first port of call again soon but if there was a way for me to not have my vehicle moved i would prefer it and pay a little extra to have a prebooked space with yourselves thankyou

The return trip was marred by a very rude bus driver. Sat speaking on her phone when everyone was getting on then being very rude to people telling them to move as someone had parked a pushchair in the wrong place. Usually travel from Manchester. Never had this problem.
