No problems really just car was parked a long way from bus & office drop point so had it been raining we would have been soaked by the time we got to the car,luckily it was dry no other problems at all.

The bus drivers try to shut the doors when you are still loading and unloading cases! There were 3 buses sitting idle while we waited for a bus

Facilities were fine, shuttle bus readily available and quick. Staff courteous and efficient. Only slight issue was that on checking in one was asked fairly officiously (that impression may have been because of acoustics) for information which had already been provided on booking, e.g. car model, return flight time, etc. Seemed unnecessary.

As you ask for the returning flight number when it is busy would it not be good to send two buses. There were people left waiting as they could not get on the bus and they were not happy.

We have always used silver zone, but on our return our 4x4 vehicle and several others were in row a91 etc and all were up against a metal fence that the bushes have grown through and our vehicle and many others were squashed into these brambles. I complained at reception as common sense would tell anyone not to do this to cars as it will scratch the paintwork, Disapointed!
